John Hays, of Farlinville, were summoned to her bedside on Friday evening. They arrived there about midnight. She recognized thero, talked with them and told them that she was going to die, but was not afraid to go. May was a bright, kind girl, very industrious and well liked by all. She was a great comfort to her parents, brothers and sisters, especially her mo'her whose health has been poor for some time.

She will be greatly missed at home, at school and elsewhere, yet wt rejoice in the thought of her safety from all earth's sorrow, pain and care, and hope the bereaved ones will find great comfort with Him who loves ar.d cares for us all.
