Be it ordained by the Mayor and the Coancilmen of the city of Blue Mound, Kansas: SecI. That it shall be unlawful for any person or persons to operate a bowling alley within the limits of the city of Blue Mound. Kansas, without first obtaining a license therefor signed by the proper authorities as required by law, which license shall atate the time for which, to whom and for what purpose granted. Sec. 2.

The fees for the above mentioned license shall be not less than $2.50 nor more than $10.00 for each month said bolwing alley shall be operated.
