Tbe delegation in the present Congress is 7 Democrats and 1 Republican the Republican member having been seated on a contest Tho Legislature is Democratic, A solid delegation of 5 Democrats chosen from Arkansas.

The present Congress consists of 3 Democrats, 1 Ro-publicand and tboro Is one vacancy. Cate having been ousted In tbe First district and Featberton seated, and tho seat of Breckinsjklge in the' Second district was declared vacant. Cato has again been chosen by 874 majority in the First dstrictover Featherstono, and Breckinridge in tho Second by 605 over Langley. Tbe Legislature is Democratic, Cnllforitlii. Returns from California are incomplete but indicate tho election of 5 Republicans and 1 Democrat to Congress, a loss of ono Democrat, Tho Legislature is Republican on joint ballot, which insures tbo ro-election of Senator Stanford.

Colorado. The vote is close on the Stato ticket, but probably Republican. Tho Republicans return tho member of Con gress and have tho Legislature, securing tho ro-election of Senator Toller. Connecticut, The result in Connecticut is not pos itively ascertained on Governor. Morris, Democrat, received a plurality of the vote east, hut it requires a majority to elect In canvassing tho vote a number of scattering votes at first reported disappeared and Morris appeared to have a slight majority.
