Heide session in McPherson this week. Rev. Wm. Hays started for that city on Monday. Al Merryman was a visitor this week at the Gorham ranch in the Territory.

J. B. Colville, a well-known resident of this county, is reported to have been married in Long Run, Ohio, on February 25 to Miss Allie Vanwinkle. Allderdice's Store COLDWATER, KANSAS of the death on February 26 of Mrs. W. D. Bradley at the home of a daughter in Kansas City. She was well known in this neighborhood, as she had lived here several years and was well liked by all.

Mrs. Brace Bragg is her daughter. Earl Cole and wife spent Sunday with his brother, Roy Cole, and family. Thorn Squires spent Sunday with Ed Farris and family of Shady Run. It is reported that some eggs were frozen during the recent blizzard.

A few setting hens quit their nests and their eggs froze. Don't tell me that hena do not get interested in the weather. The postman was almost a stranger last week. He had a nice vacation. We were glad to see him when he did return.

Numerous cases of sickness in this vicinity. For a while there was scarcely a family where one or more cases of sickness did not exist. Charley Wilkerson and family were city visitors on Monday.
