Last Monday evening Dick Rich asked a number of the boys to go out to the farm and enjoy an evening's fishing in their beautiful lake. During the day, however, Mr. Rich had caused the water to be let out, in order to clean out the moss and weeds which had accumulated in the bottom. After fishing, industriously for about a half hour in four inches of muddy water (it was getting quite dark when they got clown td the lake) the boys caught on, and are now ready to swear Dick knew all about it from the first. The outlook for the corn 'crop has not materially changed since the last issue of the Review, although the southern and southwestern portions of the county have been visited by good, refreshing showers. A three-fourths crop will be all that our farmers can expect, and, although we are extremely disappointed, this is a big yield compared with the Qutlook of some of our neighboring counties and states.
