Randolph was a kind wife and a devoted mother. She was loved and respected by all who knew her, and by her death the family and neighborhood meet with a loss which can ne'er be forgotten. Plato was the first author of a system of education. The objects he taught were to attain the good, the beautiful and the true. Miss Turner, the primary teacher, has a nice school and is doing good work. Her pupils seem to be deeply interested.
