Reed, by Kev. Ives, of the Congregational church. The bride, Miss Jennie Reed, is well known to the people of Nickerson and vicinity, having lived here for the past seven or eight years. She is a most estimable young lady, and is well thought of by the people of our prosperous little city, in fact she is so well known that any comments from us are unnecessary. The groom, Manley Hoffman, has resided in Nickerson for the past three years.

He was employed first as chief clerk in the round house, which position he resigned and became one of the drug firm of J. W. Reed Co. He afterwards disposed of his interest in the firm and again accepted the old position at the round house where he is at present employed. Manley is a steady, industrious young man, of sterling qualifications, and well liked by all who know him.

The Eegister, together with its numerous patrons, wash the newly married couple the best of success through life, and hope that the sun will ever shine on the rugged pathway to prosperity, as bright as it does now.
