Beyond this, there are today couutless invalids who can trace their complaints to "colds," which at the time of occurrence gave no concern, and were therefore neglected. It is hard to get any defln te information from Sedan aud the following dispatches, taken from the Kansas City Journal, contains about all there is to learn: Sedan, Kans March 16. The Frazer murder case was commenced today before Justice C. M. Ellis. The crowds were so great that the court adjourned to the opera house.

Theodore Cox, Wm. Leckliter and James Burgess were arrested last week and this morniug Marcus McBee, who who was arrested two years ago along with Cox and Leckliter, was placed under arrest by Sheriff Kiser, charged with complicity in the crime. Interest constantly increasing, and new developments are looked for. Sedan; March 17. The second day of the preliminary examination of the men charged with the Frazer murder proved a most interesting one.

The forenoon was taken up with the unimportant testimony, aud it was not until John New was placed upon the staud this afternoon that the story of the crime Was given to the public. New came to the court room under guard of Sheriff Kiser, aud, after being sworn, coolly and calmly told how the four men under arrest, jointly with himself, did the killing. He told how he was approached by Dr. Olney, of Howard who, he said, hired him to assist in the poisoning of W. H.

Gibson. He said "Dr. F. 8. Olney gave me a bottle which be said contained laudanum add whisky.

He said for me to tako the bottle and go over to Moline on the same train with Gibson and that a mu would meet me there, who would recognize me if I bad a red haudkerchief tied around my loft hand. I went, after receiving my instructions, and met a man by the name of Strait. I have never seen hhu tdnoe, and do not remember having seen him before. After giving him the bottle I walked back to Howard on the railroad track and the next evening wont to see Dr. Olney.

I asked him: 'Did you get your man' He replied: 'Yes; there ishisstomach and pointed to it lying on the table i the office." New then proceeded to tell how he agreed to help kill B'razer; how he went with Leckliter the night after the deed was done; how they tied a strap arouud Frazer's neck and feet1 and hung it to the pommels of their saddles; and how they rode in the darkness of the night to the pool and there disposed of it. The knife with which the crime was committed was introduced in evidence and duly identified by New. He is constantly guarded for fear of violence being done. The case will probably consume all of this week, as New today implicated three or four others and their arrests will follow at once. They are Dr.

F. S. Olney, Frank Kimsey and Tom Turner. The Discover avetl His Life. Mr.
