Tiic time is rapidly approaching when IJuhlcr will lie favored by the address of Dr. Smith, who will be with us on Friday, November 3, us first number on our Lecture Course for this year. Dr. Smith in the author of several volumes of Mcnnonitc History, and is very able to tell us more than we already know about the early Mennonites. lie has spent this past summer in research work in penns.l- Last Wednesday the Huhler schools were closeil in order that the teachers might attend the State Teachers Association.

The teachers manifested the spirit of Huhler by aain hnving the usual 100 per cent at-tendunec. The present teachers are iletermined to raise the of our school.
