A bank is an irstitutiou that our merchants and farmers have felt the need cf and we feel sure that they will not be slow in showing their appreciation of this new enterprise. The bank will be called the State Bunk of Sylvia anu will be incorporated under the state banking law, with officers as follows: Henry Hmshaw, president; O. Hinshaw, cashier. We feel that It is not necessary for to say anything in regard to the honesty or financial ability of Henry linehaw. He has been a resident of Keno county for twenty years, and during that time, by close economy and strict attention to business, has made himself one of the solid financial men of the county.

O. G. Hinshaw, son of Henry Hin shaw, is a pleasant and agreeable young man, with a thorough business educa tion, and no doubt by bis careful man agement wfll make the State Bank of Sylvia one of the safest institutions in the state.
