0 Every other man seems to think himself "cut out" for a real estate agent, when, in fact, he knows not the fundamental principles of the great benefit to a county in many ways. They adverties the property abroad and encourage immigration and capital, but, on the contrary, a land agent, a land shark, perhaps, would be more appropriate, can be a positive detriment to any town or county by fleecing every settler that comes in. Draft reduced to furrow 16 inches wide aud six inches deep: Average draft of walKlng plow 560.7G0 ths F. D. sulky 412 221 lbs Difference in favor of F. D. 157.436 fts Condition of ground, Fair.

We, the undersigned, constituting the committee appointed to conduct this test, hereby certify to the correctness of the above statement, Pratt, Minton, Jones, James Mann. Thos Campbell. We confess that we were a little astonished at the great difference between the two plows, not belie veing that a sulky would how so much lighter draft over that of a walking plow as was fairly and honestly shown that day, Certainly the Flying Dutchman posesses advantages that are of great importance to all farmers who desire to do a large amount of plowing with a heavy team or who have small team to do their work. It is evident tlnit the Flying Dutchman is the plow for the farmer, if he desires to secure what is at all times of great draft and uniform depth of furrow. Botkin Beeson, have the Flying Dutchman for sale and our farmers should examine it at their implement house.
