Gaume bought the beautiful farm containing 160 acres, of C. W. Pease, three miles east of Danville, for the sum of two thousand dollars. Mr. Gaume is one of our most extensive farmers and has faith in the country surrounding Danville.

W. T. Walker removed his family to Harper this week, he having preceded them a few weeks. We regret to lose his estimable family from our midst, but that they are gone, we wish them a pleasant home in the metropolis. Mr.
