Lantz, pastor of the Luthern church at St. Joseph, Mo. Airs. White is the daughter of Mr and Mrs. D.

Long and is very wei: known in Lawrence, She gradu ated frem Midland College at Atchison, Kans. Rev. White i is a graduate of the theological branch of that college and it was while attending the school that the young people became acquainted. They left yesterday for Leavenworth. After September 1, they will be at home in Greenleaf, World.

Mrs. White was one of our High School teachers the past tern and has many friends in Harveyville who, with the MONI TOR, extend congratulations. Larimore. News have been recieved of the marriage of Misa Lavinia Larimore of Hominy Oklanoma and Joe Adolph of Eskridge, which took place at Alma Kansas, August 15. Immediately after the ceremony they left for a visit with Mr.

Adolph's parento at Erkridge, Mr. Adolph is A brother of George Adolph of the Adolph Bros Black. smith shop at this place. Mr. and Mrs.

About fifty friends responded last Friday evening to invitations sent out for a party given by Lena Denny and Alta Addington, at the U. S. Addington home. The evening was spent with indoor games at which all were greatly amused. Mr.

Addington took active part in the amusements to help entertain the guests. Fred Manna made a great hit with his infant photograph, for which be recieved a handsome prize of A fancy dressed celluloid doll. The evening was spent joyfully by all and at a late hour refreshments of ice cream and cake were served, at which all took An active part. All departed for their homes thanking the hostess and declaring them ideal entertainers. Remember the W.
