Castor beans is selling for 2.00 a bushel in the eastern market. This crop was grown pretty here in '83 '84 and should be plant-nd extensively next year. Ono county in this state got "$5,000 for this years' crop. They are easy to harvest and gel ready for market, and without much expense. to wit: To The Honorable Bo abb of, County Com-missionees, of graham cocntt. kansas, Gentlemen The undersigned petitioners, honsholders of tbe County of Graham. State of Kansas, and residing in the vicinity of the road herein prayed for, respectfully petition your honorable body to cause to be established the following described rord, viz: Commencing at the se corner of section 33, township 9, range 24, running north to S3 corner of section 13, township 9, ransa 24, on section line, thence east to se corner of section 15, town 9, 24, oh section line then north on section line to se corner section 34, township 8, range 24. Said road to be oO feet wide. And yoor pepitioner3 will as duty bound ever pray.

And upon examination and consideration thereof the commissioners do find that the said petition is a legal one; that the siar.atares there-to are genuine; that the said petitioners whose names are signed to said petition all resido in the vicinity where said road is to be established; and are all householders of Graham county; and that Garrison, one of the petitioners has duly entered into a bond, with security satisfactory to and approved by said commissioners, payable to the 6tate of Kansas for the use of said Graham county, conditioned that the persons sicnins the said bond shall pay into the treasury of said county the amount of ail costs unci expenses accruing on said county in case the proceedings had in pursuance of said petition shaU not be finally confirmed and established, and is therefore by 6aid board of county commissionrs ORDERED that M. Came this day Arthur Wells principal petition er therein and presented to the board of county commissioners a certain petition, winch, was in words and figures as follows, to-wit: To tee Honorable Board of Couxtt Com missioners of Graham County Kansas: Gentlemen.

The undersigned petitioners, householders of the county of Graham, 6tate of Kansas, and residing in the vicinity of the road herein pray. for, respectfully petition your honoraoie body to cause to be located the following described road viz: Commencing at the se corner of section 6 town 6, range 22, and running thence west 80 rods, thence north one mile to section line and also vacate road on section line between section six and five township 6. range 22 west. And yonr petitioners wiB, as in duty bound ever pray. And upon examination ana consideration thereof the said commissioners do find that the said petition is a legal one, that the signetnres thereto are genuine, that the said petitioners whose names are signed to said petition all reside in the vicinity where 6aid road is to be located, and are all householders of Graham counts, and that Arthur Wells one of the petitioners has duly entered into a bond, with security satisfactory to and approved by said commissioners, payable to the state of Kansas for the use of said Graham county, conditioned that the persons signing the said bond shall pay into the tieasusv of the said county the amount of all costs and expenses accruing on said county in case the proceeding's had in pursuance of said petition shall not be finally confirmed and established, and it is therefore by said board of county com missioners ORDERED that Geo Lemon.

Cochrane and Lewia Thomas who are disinterested householders of said county be and they are hereby appointed viewers of the said road so by said petition prayed to be established, and that the county clerk do forthwith notify each of them in Wi'iting of their said appointment, and it is further ORDERED that the viewers shall meet at se corner or section to, town ranere 22 on the 14th day of November 1889 and proceed to the dis charge of their duties.
