Alter this week we will issue a semi weekly instead of a weekly Journal. The satisfactory growth of the Journal justifies tis in taking this step. The publication clays for the semi weekly will be Tuesday and Friday of each week. It will cost no more than the weekly, the price being only one dollar per year in advance. This will give our county subscribers two papers instead of one each week and give thein fresher news than they got in the regular weekly paper.
