IN MORE TROUBLE Robert Rogers Is Accused of Stealing Rifle and Leo TrogUn of Theft at Woolworth's. The gang of boys rounded up for the lumber yards; robberies last Sat urday and Sunday nights, appears to have been a bad one, judging by de velopments of yesterday, when Robert Rogers, the 15-year-old son of R. RogerSj a drayman, wras arrested for tne tnett ot a ritie trom v. Coupland, and Leo Troglin was ar rested for stealing some merchandise at Woolworth's. The Rogers boy the first of the week was extended clemency by nile Judge Osborn and discharged, as it appeared he had little to do with the lumber yard robberies.

The offi cers say that the boy wrent into the Counland home at Fourth 1 and Pine streets, stole the rifle and sold it to Jim Kirby of the Central Drug store for $1.50. Another boy, James Murry, was ar rested with the Troglin boy yesterday afternoon and -will appear with the Troglin and Rogers boys in juvenile court, tonight. The Troglin boy this week wras sentenced to the industrial school at Topeka by Judge Osborn for the lumber yard robberies but was given into the custody of his folks until the arrival of the commitment papers. The boy told the court that he knew he had done wrong and pleaded that he be allowed to remain at home, but it appears that he soon forgot his lesson. If the case is proved against the Rogers which appears quite like ly, he will be sent to the industrial school also, not having taken advan tage of the chance which Judge Os born gave him the first of the week.
