Mrs. William Blinn sold her fine Jersey cow and calf, Daisy Hunter and Lillie Blinn. R. Nichols was tbe man who bought them, and paid $127.50 for the pair. They are two of tbe finest full-blood Jerseys in Kansas, and Daisy Hunter has a great record as a butter-maker.

Mrs. Blinu says it pays to raise good stock. A Coubier reporter was informed yesterday that the two confidence men captured by officer Allen are beyond the slightest shadow of doubt a portion of the gang of confidence sharkf who operate between this city and Kansas City.
