Beahm is an educator of great tact and influence. He is also well known as an evaDgel st of the Brethren Church. Recently, he has been elected principal of the city schools of Tazewell, Va. Prof. Beahm knows a Jod thing when he sees it.

Editor. PERSONAL MENTION. Prof, and Mrs. Fahnestock and Mifs Davidson are now with us, ready for their work. Prof.

Wieand is at the home of his mother, Madisonburg, Ohio. Eld. Jacob Witmore is spending a few weeks at home. After some needed rest, he will resume his evangelistic work. Mrs.

J. M. Snyder and little daughter are visiting relatives in Iowa. Mitchell Solanas, our famous penman student, will be io school again. H.

F. Netzley, of Adams, Nebraska, paid a visit to College Hill recently. He expects to enter school in October. Katie Bowers ha3 returned from her visit to Illinois. S.

J. Miller, of Kansas State University, has been visiting on College Hill. He will return to the University to complete his work for the A. M. degree.

Prof. Arnold paid a short visit to Peabody and vicinity. He also visited the Normal Institute in Newton. Prof. Harnly expects to bring several students with him from Cheyenne county.

Ira C. Snavely, of Kearney, who was recently elected to the ministry, will enter school September 1st. E. B. Hoff, of DesMoines, Iowa, is spending a few weeks at the home of his father on College Hill.
