We noticed last weeS, tEe capture on our streets of a coupfe of fellows who answered the description of a couple ol men who had stolen some horses in Missouri. The parties from whom the horses were taken, came but failed to identify the horses as their property. But during the time between the capture and the examination of the men Sheriff Dennison received that two men of the name the gave and otherwise answering their description had killed a U. S. Marshal iu Scott county Arkansas.

And of course when they were discharged from custody as horse thieves they arrested as murderers, and recommitted to the domicile ia the square. We saw the men on the street befor their arrest and judging from appearances they are of the worst sort of des peradoes. Every movement of their bodies every glance of their eyes, every paft of their attire and accoutrements bespeak the bsffldit.
