Threshing in our community has been progressing rather slowly during the past week as there seems to be so much straw that it proves to be rather a slow job. Wheat threshed ben run ning from fifteen to twenty-five bushels per acre, while oats have been averaging about forty to fifty bushels per acre. Geo.
