That charming' comedy entitled "The County Fair" will be produced at the opera house Oct. 3. P. G. Drum, aged 78, died at Girard last Sunday.

Deceased was one of the earliest settlers of Crawford county and located in Girard in 1866. He built the" first house in the town, a small frame building where Phillips' drug store now stands.
