Proceedings of the meeting of the Wabaunsee County Sunday School Association, held in Aiiua, ou May 10th and ICth: Wkdsesday, 8, P. M. Owing to the inclemency of the weather no session of the Association was held during the day. The Association was called to order and presided over by the President, Wm. F.Cotton, of Wabaunsee.

It appears that 'one who is in favor of justice" ha3 called us a "croaker," and accuses us of doin a great injustice to tho owner of the herd ot cattle referred to in a former communication. This is very unpleasant, and we have to say in reply that our remarks were intended as an inquiry to draw out the facts in the case, and there is no one more pleased than ourselves to learn that there was no intention of dodiring the assessor in this case. The Vice Presidents shall have the general eupervision of Sunday school interests in their respective townships, col-loct Sunday school statistics, and report to the permanent secretary at least ten days before the annual mcc'ing 7 The President and Secretaries shall constitute a committee on reunion, whose duty it will be to select topics, arrange a programme, select time of meeting, make arraiigenieuta for the next meeting of the association, and the entertaining of persons attending the association, and to invite such persons from abroad as may add to the interest of the association. S. The officers of this association shall be elected aMiually 9. The president shall deliver tho annual address before the association.

10. The annual meeting of the associa-atioti shall be be in the month of September or October, on the call of tho business committee 11 This constitution may be altered or amended by a vote of two-thirds of those preseut at any annual meeting.
