Biography ot James N. Tries. James N. Trice was born -December 2, 1847, in Hopkins coanty Kentucky, and in November 18o0, with his Charles Y. Trice and Mary A.

Trice, and brothers and sisters, moved and settled upon a farm in the vicinity of Cameron, Clinton county, Missouri, where he remained at home with his parents until -1 years of age and was a kind and loving brother, obedient and noble sou, well and favorably known throughout the country. In 1S81 he and other brothers moved to Columbia, Boone county Missouri to aid each other in defraying the expenses of educating two of the younger sisters at Stephens College, (Baptist female college) while the jounger brothers attended the State University there. While there be formed the acquaintance of Amanda Thurston, daughter of John M. Thurston, near A oodlandville, Boone county Missouri, to whom he was married, 35 CENTS 35 is developed, which is followed ly the croup. The time to act is when the child lirst becomes hoarse; a few doses of Chamberlain's Cough Remedy would prevent the attack.
