City's "Idle" Go on Strike. Columbus. March 21. A gang of thirty-six unemployed men, some of them foreigners, who had been given work at the county infirmary, for which they were paid in provisions, went on a strike this morning and left in a body. The men demanded payment in cash and this being refused they grew ugly and made ail sorts of threats.
