F. Chapman, Alice Chapman A. W. Minor et al defendants, and that the said A. V.

Minor must answer said petition filed as aforesaid on or before the 24 day of May 188!) or said petition will be taken as true and a judgment rendered in said action against said defendants J. F. Chapman for the sum of Four hundred Dollars, with interest thereon at the rate of 10 per cent, per annum from the 2nd day of July 1887; and for the further snra of $400.00, with interest thereon at the rate of 10 per cent, per annum from the 2nd day of July 1887; and for costs of suit; and a further judgment against said defendants J. F. Chapman Alice Chapman, Minor L.

K. Myers, Ed A. Watson L. Trout and M. L.
