Corner Drug Store The following teachers passed the recent examinations conducted by the county superintendent: The first grade certificates are valid for three years, the second for two and the third for one year.

Lewis Sikes. Skow Bohnenblust Miss Laura Bohnenblust was united in marriage to Harry H. Skow at Clay Center today. This was somewhat of a surprise to this office to hear of their wedding, but we wish this young couple the best of success and future happiness during their wedded life. Laura H.

Is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Roman Bohnenblust who live west of town. Mr. Bohnenblust was recently engaged in the general merchandise in Leonardville and Laura was one of the obliging clerks, always ready to wait upon the trade with a pleasant smile.

Miss Bohnenblust has been reared in this com-muuity and has a host of friends to wish her the best. Harry A. Skow is another, of O. M. Stewart's Country Home L.

A. Kopachek left for Kans. City, Monday morning, to get in line for some new cars. Lester Olson, L. A.

Harry is one of the Skow who invented the Skow automobile patch. Miss Bohnenblust must be congratulated on the selection of one of our best young and prosperous farmers. Mrs. Henry Schwartz and children have been visiting at Randolph since the Fourth. Chas.

Schwartz returned from his trip to Oklahoma, the first of the week. Take the Echo. Mrs. Selma Bergeson and children left last Thursday for Topeka for a visit with relatives. Gas Engines.
