The reduction of internal revenue and tlie taking off of revenue stamps from Proprietary Medicines, no doubt lias largely benefited the conmvmcrs. as well as relieving the burden of Jionie manufacturers. Especially is this the case with G-een's August Flmver p.mi Buschke's Oernum Fyrwp, as the reduction of thirty-six cents per dozen has been added to increase the size of tlie bottles containing these remedies, thereby giving one-fifth more medicine in the 75-cent size.
