THE ROYAL NEW CAMPS ORGANIZED. NORTH TOPEKA, KANSAS. Mrs. F. L.

Horton, State Organizer for Kansas, instituted Woodbine Camp, Royal Neighbors of America, at North Topeka, April 5th, with forty-five charter members. The exercises lasted until two o'clock. A banquet was given in honor of the new instituted camp by the M. W. of A.

The Neighbor Woodmen are royal entertainers, and a very enjoyable time was had by all. The following officers were elected and installed for first term. Oracle, Margret R. Conwell. Vice Oracle, Mary Sommers.

Past Oracle, Laura E. Bruffey. Recorder, Letta V. Dolman. Receiver, Josephine E.

Washburn. Chancellor, Mary Q. McKinstry. Marshal, Florence V. Franks.

Smith, Ida R. Wood, Florence M. Anderson, NEENAH, WISCONSIN. Monday April 9, '94. I instituted a R.

N. of A. at Neenah, with a charter membership of 45. The following officers were elected. Oracle, Mrs.

C. Bryan. Recorder, Mrs. C. W.

Johnson. Receiver, Mrs. R. V. A.

Adams. Chancellor, Mrs. Sarah E. McCallum. Marshal, Mrs.

M. Sawyer. Managers, Mrs. Hilton, Mrs. Kelley, Mrs.

Clarkson. MRS. LOUISE M. PARKS. COLONY, KANSAS.

One more Jewel Camp was added to the R. N. of April 10th, with a charter membership of 39. at Colony, Kansas. The following NEIGHBOR.

5 officers were elected and installed by Mrs. F. L. Horton, State Organizer: Oracle, Caroline E. Hersick.

Vice Oracle, Rosa M. Lewis. Past Oracle, Alice E. Gant. Recorder, Maggie W.

Yokum. Receiver, Bettie H. Endicott. Chancellor, Eliza Watkins. Marshal, Matilda Depay.

Inner Sentinel, Ella M. Hiser. Outer Sentinel, Lida Grismore. Managers, Nettie Denton, Amile McDown, Hattie E. Smith.

Pianist, Nettie Denton. The names, Myrtle Pansy -and Horton were proposed and balloted upon. Horton receiving all but one of the votes cast, was the one chosen. The name of this camp is Horton Camp, in honor of the organizer, Mrs. F.

L. Horton, of Clifton, Kansas. EMPORIA, KANSAS. Orange Camp of the R. N.

of was instituted April 16th, by Mrs. F. L. Horton, State Organizer of Clifton, with a charter membership of 55. The following officers were duly elected and installed: Oracle, Mrs.

Tom. Jones. Vice Oracle, Mrs. Atkinson. Past Oracle, Mrs.

Hedgecock. Recorder, Mrs. Mary A. Randolph. Receiver, Mrs.

S. Rausher. Marshal, Mrs. W. Benedict.

Inner Sentinel, Miss Minnie Hedgecock. Outer Sentinel, Mrs. D. Jones. Mrs.

Al. Kraum, Managers, Mrs. Underwood and Airs. C. Lunbeck.

After the election and installation Mrs. F. L. Horton, Supreme Vice Oracle, gave a drill in the floor work, the camp adjourned at 1 o'clock, A. M.

to meet again next Monday evening. Both camps of the M. W. of Nos. 515 and 1806 served refreshments during the evening, whereby, they gained the point of naming the camp, Orange Camp.
