Tatro and Family Considerable excitemem was had in Hesston Saturday when onr poultryman, VV. K. Pfautz lined up about 30 boys between 10 and 14 years old and then went back 100 ft. and turned a turkey loose. The turkey was to be given to the boy catching it.

It flew up on Woodsum's store building, and when shooed off their was caught by Eli Ta-tro in iess than five minutes after being turned loose. The dinner guests at the Wr. A Monroe home Ceiistmas day were Mr. and Mrs. Lester Monroe, Mr.

and Mrs. Ralph Troyer and Mrs. James Monroe and daughters, Clara Belle and Bulah May; from Newton, Mr. and Mrs. Aibert Stickney and family and Leara Apsley from Liberal, Kansas.

And afternoon callers were: Mrs. Steve Rice and son Bert and Mrs. Earl Rice from Mc Pherson and Mrs. Pliney Cummings and daughter Velna. I wish to thank all my kind friends for the many Pretty flowers sent to me during my sickness.

Delia Tatro A special feature of the revival meetings at the Evangelical church will be the Gospel message in song, by a quartet of gospel ministers. The body had been shipped from Boise City, Idaho where Mrs. Nusbrum had made her home with her daughtei. Mrs. Steiner and Mrs. Nusbaum were cousin3 and the two amities came to Kansas on the same train in 1884.
