Castle FOURTH-CLASS POST- MASTER EXAMINATION The United States Civil Commission has announced an examination to be at Oberlin Kansas, on July 13, 1918 as a result of which it is expected to make certification to fill a contemplated vacancy in the position of fourth-class postmaster at Kanona and other vacancies as they may occur at that office, unless it shall be decided in the interest of the service to fill the vacancy by reinstatement.
