From Denver to Limon the orairie lands are vast, and much of that country is yet undevelo- ents are requested to be at the school house at 9 o'clock to register and get their lessons assignments and all third and fourth year students will register at 1 p. m. Monday, Sept. 6th.

Tuition As it costs the district of Norcatur about $100 per year for each pupil enrolled in the high school it has been absolutely necessary for the district to raise the tuition rate to help carry the increased cost of cunning the school. The rate this year will be $18 per half year payable in advance, this (Joes not pay half the cist but we are glad to have the pupils from the outside territory and so are willing to take them at this rate. In the grades the rate of tuition will be the actual per pupil for running the school. If you have any questions regarding the school we will be ery glad to answer them at any timei L. F.

Burk's Big Uncle Tom's Cabin Company One of the many events of the Beason wih be the coming of Burk's Big "Uncle Tom's Cabin Company" which will exhibit at Norcatur, Tuesday night, August 24th. A modern feature of this organization is a monster Street Parade like a Circus, consisting of more Men, Women, Children, Horses, Ponies, Donkeys and Dogs, Chariots. Tableaux Wagon, Floats, Music Bands, than any other similar exhibition on the road. This magnificent Free Street Parade will be seen daily on the principal streets of our city during the day of their exhibition here and it is worth coming miles to see.
