A new state administration always furnishes incidents and facts which all are anxious to read about. Ninety cents sent now to the State Journal, Topeka, or paid to one of its authorized traveling agents, will secure the daily edition, if sent by mail, for three months, i. ninety days for ninety cents. This will cover the entire legislative session and about thirty days besides, partly before and partly after the legislature. Wherever the Journal has a carrier system the daily will be delivered for ten cents a week.
