Administrator's Notice. The supreme court having affirmed the decision of Judge Torrance in the ease ot Mossman vs. the Louis San Francisco Railway, the county is left without a herd law. There was no escaping the logic of Judge Torrance's decision, and if the supreme court did not leave some loop hole, any case hereafter brought for trespass or damage under the herd law, must fail.
