T. FOR 1871- We are receiving frequent inquiries from parties interested as to whether settlers upon the ''Osage Indian Lands" will be required to pay for the same during the month of April next. For the benofit of those interested, wc will ctate, that a joint resolution of both of the Kansas legislature was passed, recommending the Kansas delagation af Washington, to use their influence to have the time extended. It will be seen from the following letter addressed by Senator Pomeroy, to I. Z.
