Notice is hereby given that on the 25th day of May, 1888, a petition signed by a majority of the legal voters of the City of Clay Center will be presented in open court to the District Court of said county praying that the name of said City be changed from "Clay Center" to "Clacine" and setting forth the reasons therefor to-wit: 1st.
