At he same time the government seeks to locate wild tribes in the Iudiau Territory, thus making Kansas a frontier slate to time indefinite. How as the government refuses to break down this barrier by legitimate and peaceful means within its authority, but on the ot hand seeks to strengthen It by fresh importations of barbarous saviges aud perpetuate bs reign of terror on our borders, Kansas ought to provide the means to follow these cut throats to the devil's asylum by any means within Iter power, This Is not the best way nor is it the right way and our better conscience revolts at it, but it is forced on us by the action of the government and is sanctioned by tue Mexican order.
