Gardner. The sermon was most Impressive, inasmuch as the subject covered a career full of much good for the general public, and of one whom had taken a most prominent part In the social and church circles of the city. The funeral was attended by the different orders of whom the deceased was a member, several being represented, however none in a body. The floral offerings were huge and magnificent. The chorus loft was filled to overflowing with beautiful offerings and the casket was banked with, flowers.

Mesdames Charley Fowler and Ned Miller nnd Messers. C. E. Cunning and Charley Fowler sang. The funeral of Mrs.

Gulnn was one of the largest that Arkansas City ever witnessed, many being unable 1o get inside the church. A very large crowd accompanied the funeral party to the depot, where the body was taken on the noon Santa Fe train for HutchliiBon, where temporary Interment will be made.
