The undersigned, owner of the three-fourths interest in the. Norris mills, situated one half mile from Peru on Little Cans river, in Chautauqua county Kansas, has determined to sell the same. These mills have both wither and steam power.

It has three run of stone two wheat and one corn burr. It hasa Lell'ell water-wheel, with thirteen feet natural full, and two feet rise by dam-There are five arrrs of he mill lot. The mills were built in 1IT9, of hen materials and are in perfectly sound condition and running order. Sawmill was remoddlid of best sound timbers and lumber throughout in 18S0, and is in all respects in excellent condition. The erudite is a thirty horse-power manufactured by John Cooper, of Mount Vernon, Ohio in 187U, and is used when the stage of water is not nffluient to run the mills, or when both grist aodsaw-niill a'e in operation.
