On hearing a clergyman remark, the world is full of chansre, Mrs. Parti njrtou said she could hardly bring her mind to believe it, so little found its way into her pocket. Last Tuesday there was a five mile foot race at St. Louis between John Grennell and Young Dcorfoot, a side. The latter won by 36 seconds.

Dfierfoot's wWla time waa Grin-nell's 30:37. Deerfoot ran the last mile in the almost unprecedented time of 5:30, and Grinnll, Retail M' rcIuiHts, Keep constantly on hand a splendid assortment of everything in the shape of Dry Goods, Notions, Hats and Caps, POCKET CUTLERY li was to embarrass them heretofore to now secure to themselves the influence and patronage with which they hope ultimately Jo hoist themselves into power a system, of flattery disgraceful to themselves and insulting to the purity and patriotism of Andrew?
