Construction. '2 corpus was heard in the probate court this morningjor the custody of Benj-min F. Elbert, twenty-two months old, by his mother, Lydia Elbert, of Armourdale. As they withdrew one of their number shouted, "Come on boys and get some cigars." Three or four of the audience responded and Mr. Getty moved that the meeting adjourn for five minutes and smoke with it was afterwards learned that the hall had been engaged for a dance, and after much hustling around the One Spanish Rebellion Ended.
