This change of cars will be made when the bridge and new power house are completed, and is expected to more thoroughly accommodate the traveling public. This compromise was brought about by the good officer of the state central commit, and both sides made concessions' in the interest of harmony and for republican success. The republicans of Wyandotte county realized that with a split in the local organization the anti-republican forces would have things all their own way in November, and the disaster would be far more reaching possibly than losing the county officers, jeopardizing the state and congressional tickets, and likely be a failure in the election o' United States senator next winter. These things being considered the factions laid down all differences, and worked together.
