William Crosby, a ranch owner of Colorado dropped dead very suddenly near the home of his niece, Mre ET Sanders, south of this city, about 4 o'ulock last Thursday afternoon. A leakage of the heart is supposed to have been the cause his death. Mi Croeby came here last Wednesday to visit his niece Mira Sanders. He was a large man, weighing about 200 pounds. He was out looking over some land with Mr Sanders and Mr Sander's little eon, the three riding in a spring wagon.

They came to a gate and Mr Sandery got down to open it 80 they could pass through. When he turned back from the gate he saw that Mr Crosby was falling and before he could reach him he dropped to the ground. He was dead almost instautly. A physician was called but it was too late to be of service A call was placed for the coroner and undertaker, and Arthu Baruett, undersheriff, acting as deputy coroner came out with Harold Lamb and after hearing the physician's version pronounced it death from George Luke Sink, 25 years old died Tuesday at the home of his parents Mr and Mre James Sink of five miles southwest of Centropolis His death resulted from pneumoma following au illness of eleven days. Eight Mile church yesterday morning at 10 o'clock, Charles Shoemaker and John Ward in charge. Burial Was In Pleasant Hill cemetery. The deceased was a brother of Jobu Sink of this city. Mra Ella Neal went to Erie Tuesday morning to see about a position iu a hospital. Mr and Mra A Clark: received word from their son, Ray Clark of Springfield, Missouri, that he has been made manager of the creamery company he was working for.
