NO. 229 his office he Bhall file his official oath with the city clerk' and the Police Judge, city clerk, city marshall and street mmissionei' shall each give a bond in the penal sum of three hundred dollars and the treatsu er shall give bond in a sum not less than two thousand dollars, to be determined by the city council. Each of said bonds shall be with two or more sureties, to be approved by the city council, conditional for the faithful discharge of the official duties of the person giving the bond.

Said bonds shall be filed with the city clerk, except the bond of the city clerk, which shall be deposited with the mayor, for Bafe keeping. Sec. 3 The city clerk shall attend all meetings of the city council and keep a correct journal of their proceedings, he shall have the custody of all the ordinances of the city and shall carefully recotd the same in a proper book for that purpose as soon as may be after their p. An ordinance providing an office for the police judge. Be it ordained by the Mayor and councilmen of the city of Beattia: See. 1. The office provided for the meeting of the Mayor and City Council shall be the office of the Polio Judge ol said city. Sec.
