It has six rooms and is modern. C. Drake lives in his own new house, which he had built at a cost of $3,500 at 1016 Moro. It has eight rooms, all modern, with a large circular front porch. It is two and a half stories high.

Mrs. Belle Reeves owns and rents out the new, 12-room, modern house erected at 721 Fremont. The large, new, frame house at 800 Fremont is owned and occupied by Miss Bertha Campbell. It is a 2-story house, has nine rooms, everything modern, and it is valued at $4,000. Carl Pfuetze owns the modern, 7-room, two and a half story house, lately erected at 815 Fremont.

The new, 7-room, modern house at 821 Fremont is the property of Mrs. T. J. Hageman, who lives in it. Ed Logan rents his new house, six rooms, and modern, 2-stories, at 911 Fremont.

Robert H. Terhune owns new house at 917 Fremont. It has eight rooms and is modern. Mr. Terhune lives in it.

Mrs. Minnie Alexander built a new house at 1116 Fremont this year and rents it to the Rickmans. It is a 2- Btory, modern house. G. W.

Wilcox owns and lives in a new 2-story, frame house on West Fremont that has 7 rooms in it. The house is partly modern has two stories and is covered with siding and shingles. Mrs. F. Allen rents her new 8-room, frame house on West.

Another new house-built in the last The dwelling pictured above stands at the corner of Bluemont avenue and Eleventh street and is the property of Mr. and Mrs. John Haulenbeck, who adapted the plans from a house they had seen, and superintended its building.

Because it is a one-story structure with a shingled exterior and somewhat unique in design it is called a "bungalow." Although it contains only four rooms, the building cost the Haulenbecks $3,200. But with this $3,200 they put a lot of beauty and convenience and home coziness into this little house. The front door opens into an entrance vestibule. On one side of which is a bedroom and on the other a big, comfortable, combination living and dining room. The completed.

It will be a 2-story, frame W. H. Jones owns and rents the new. one and a half story cottage at 507 Laramie. The house is frame, has five rooms and is entirely modern.

The 2-story brick house at 503 Lara mie has been remodeled so thoroughly that it is really new. It has seven rooms and all modern equipment. It is owned by E. H. Davies and occupied by the E.

B. McCormicks. J. N. Limbocker has a 1-story cottage, built this year, at 611 Laramie.

It is mostly modern, has five rooms and was built to rent. G. F. Bates lives at 616 Laramie street in a new frame octtage of one story, partly modern, with five rooms. The price of the house is set at $1,950.

C. A. Limbocker had another new house built this year, which is located at 523 Laramie. It is a 5-room, partly modern cottage and is rented. T.

H. Powers owns and lives in one of this year's houses at 723 Laramie. It is a 2-story frame with eight rooms and all modern conveniences. The new house at 713 Laramie is owned and occupied by Harry McCor-mick. It is modern, of two stories and has eight rooms.
