Under the bid of the Citizens Bank the bonds will be in cqupon form and in denominations of 200, issued June lBt, iutereBt payable July 1st and January 1st, payable at option after five years, and the city will receive $10,025.00 for them. The city is to pay for the legal opinion as to the validity of the bouds of either F.
