LUMPKINS OBITUARY. George Moliler, St. Marys. EASTERLING-. Grocers.

Stanley. The Colonel had been sick for several weeks, but his death came as a thunder clap upon the village, as but few people had any idea that his end was so near. He was a most exemplary citizan, an upright business man, and a kind husband and father. He was a quiet man, making no loud pro fessious, but laboring persistently to round out his character and build substantially for both worlds. He was born at Athens, Ohio, and came to Kansas In 1880.

He leaves behind him six sons and one daughter. The children are scattered through several HATS, CAPS, BOOTS AND SHOES.
