Bathing Com mis- sion Acts Promptly Advises Commercial Club of Action Taken in Frisco M. O. G. Case C. G.

Worthington is in receipt of a communication from the Public Utilities Commission at Topeka stating that the letter from the Commercial Club, making complaint against the M. 0. G. and Frisc railroads had been received and the case had been taken up with both companies, but no action can be taken until the two carriers connected with the case answer their communication. Naturally, this is the official red tape that the State Utilit es Commission has to go through with, but they certainly did their duty by their prompt action in acknowledging the receipt of the complaint.
