We bought a solid case of Killarnpy linen suiting that shows our faith in it. See display in the west window. of today will, in ten years, be a business man. I felt tired and worn out nearly all the time and was hardly able to do a day's work. The kidney secretions were very irregular and often I would have to get up three or four times a night. Editor, I venture to Bend in a little item this time. As tny girl did not wiuit to get married again and as 1 could see no other girl I wanted to wed, the wedding part was postponed, but our children did not postpone the chance to give us the golden gifts. As they were somewhat scattered over the country they could not gather with us so they sent their gifts in gold coins to us The first gifts received were from my old friends of my childhood, Mrs. A. Pratt, her daughter Mrs.

N. F. Keisler and Mr. X. F.

Keisler from Burlington, Iowa sent us gold coins Our son Ira J. Lyman gold coins from Wakefield, our son E. S. Lyman, gold coins from Kansas, Ida E. Lyman and Isaac Lyman all re- membered us with gold coins in Kan sas.

So we were not forgotten, as it was our first golden wedding date we pass it by not expecting another but will always remember the one and the dren. The gold is valuable but the good wishes from them are far better than gold. With many thanks to the givers we will stop, hoping you may forgive me for Intruding with my personal remarks as it don't come often in a person's life time. 1 hope may not think hard of me tor sending this to you. Fifty years of wedded life does not seem long when a person looks back but to look ahead it seems a long time.

Hoping to see this in your paper I will say good bye all. Ira N. Lyman, R. R. 6, Burlington, Kans.
